Welcome to AsaaseYaa. By using this application, you agree to these terms.

AsaaseYaa provides agricultural advisory information for educational and planning purposes only. All crop recommendations, yield estimates, and care schedules are generated algorithmically and do not constitute professional agronomic advice.

You are responsible for validating all recommendations with a qualified agronomist or extension officer before applying inputs to your farm.

AsaaseYaa and its developers are not liable for crop losses, input costs, or economic harm arising from the use of information provided by this application.

Marketplace payments (buying, selling, or renting) are held until delivery or return is confirmed. Equipment rentals include a refundable security deposit: it is refunded to your Mobile Money when the equipment is returned, minus any late-return fee, and damage is settled through our dispute process. Fees, deposits, and rates are shown at checkout.

You retain full ownership of your farm data. We do not sell or share personally identifiable information with third parties without your consent.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Accra, Ghana.

We may update these terms with notice. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
